Oral Testimony of David A. Adams, to Secretary of State Matt Blunt's Bipartisan Election Reform Commission, 01/12/2001
Thank you, Mr. Secretary, and Commissioners. I am not representing any party or special interest group; I am not an election official or a legal expert. I am just an ordinary voter, but I am very unhappy with the way elections are conducted here and across the nation. And, I want this to change.
I do have opinions on what can be done to improve our election processes and restore public confidence. I am very happy to see this commission at work, and I hope it results in dramatic and effective changes.
