The Election Reform Act


Originally introduced 12/05/2000, and re-introduced 01/30/2001, by Senators Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and Robert G. Torricelli (D-NJ). According to their press release, "The McConnell-Torricelli 'Election Reform Act' will establish the Election Administration Commission to study various aspects of election administration and make recommendations for improving and modernizing voting procedures."
